Question : Yes I have the stomach flu and had taken my Zithromax earlier and was wondering about taking some zofran with it ?

Zofran is an anti emetic,If you are having a feeling of nausea you can take zofran.However if you are nit having any nausea or vomiting its of no use.
As per your question yes you can take both drugs together without any significant interaction.
