Question : If I took 25 Mgs of Zoloft for 15 years, could it become ineffective. Four months ago, I developed acute anxiety standing up before that the Zoloft was working fine. I would appreciate your opinion.

Brief Answer:
Are you still on Zoloft?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Zoloft could cause anxiety but for this to occur after 17years seems very much unlikely though not impossible. However, you should be able to get this better controlled and most especially a klonopin, an excellent drug for anxiety, has been brought on board. Are you still feeling depressed?

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.
