Question : I think my bladder dropped I have bulge in vaginal area right lower back pain and very uncomfortable in vaginal area
Brief Answer:
Diagnosis: Cystocoele
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Cystocoele is a condition where bladder prolapse through the front vaginal wall.
This occurs due to the laxity of pelvic ligaments. Childbirth, decreased estrogen in menopause are contributing factors to such prolapse.
Vaginal examination, pelvic ultrasound and q tip test to assess bladder position are required at this point.
Please be advised to follow up with your gynecologist to undergo necessary evaluation. Meanwhile, avoid overstraining and do Kegels exercise.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
