Question : Taking Gabapentin by capsule for 9 months, with no problems, 600mg per day . Last week changed it to tablets 600mg and I am either have something else or this medication is causing me to be very nauseous every morning. I am on vacation and feel very sick just want to feel better.

I would suggest you to look out if some other factors may be the associated cause of nausea in your case because changing same dose(600 mg) from capsule to tablet,should not be causing nausea.
However,if you think that there is a very strong causal relation between the two,I would suggest you to start taking the capsule formulation you were taking previously.
