Brief Answer:

No need to worry

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since she is otherwise active and since things do not appear unusual, I would insist you not to worry.

The main concern is a head injury. If 'head injury' occurs, it will not be without manifestations. The main concern could be the ominous signs of head injury which are:

* Vomiting
* Severe headache
* Altered consciousness or Loss of consciousness
* Convulsions

Unless any of these are present you need not worry. If any of these occur, you would need to get a CT scan of the brain done and you would also need to take her to a doctor without delay. Otherwise, you need not.

Give paracetamol or acetaminophen in case the child is irritable due to pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

There is no pain and no bump either on the head and she was fully fed 10min before she fell and I think that's why she puked after that I fed her twice and she hasn't vomitted

There are no vomits and she seems to be in her regular routine. Should I check on anything more?
