Brief Answer:

Need further details to evaluate it precisely.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* Hematoma management depends upon the clinical severity of the same.

Kindly provide further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Hematoma - current size, consistency.
2. Pain - intensity, frequency.
3 Fever if any.
4. Any alteration in size of hematoma after ice application for a week.
5. If possible and no objection, kindly provide a photo picture of hematoma as an attachment in follow up session so that I can guide more precisely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
