Brief Answer:
a urologist or gynaecologist, a pessary can help

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

An urologist , a doctor that specializes in diseases and conditions of the urinary tract including the bladder or a gyneacologist (if there are also issues with the genital tract eg prolapse/descent of the uterus).

Your general physician may be able to refer you to someone to assist you. One of these specialist would also be able to refer you to any additional form of therapy that may prove helpful.
Some of the exercises are also detailed on the internet as well with a search for bladder prolapse physiotherapy, though it would be best to go through them with a therapist first.

A pessary can be used for prolapse/descent of the bladder or other pelvic organ. It also helps in some type of urinary incontinence.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
pain, discharge , infection

Detailed Answer:
HI

Unfortunately like any treatment , there are possible negative effects such as discomfort, vaginal discharge, urinary tract infection.

Because the pessary is removable, however, any side effects are reversible and can be easily and quickly treated.
