Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Positive ANA in no way means lupus. The most specific test for lupus are dsDNA and anti-CCP. ANA is positive in almost all rheumatologic conditions and very non specific.

Beside, laboratory findings only complete the puzzle following suggestive clinical signs and symptoms and in no way indicate a disease without clinical signs and symptoms.
