Brief Answer:
Decubitus ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
This seems to be the decubitus ulcer on the vaginal wall due to the prolapse.
It tends to bleed due to friction.
It is a sort of emergency.
You should get proper examination and vaginal packing done to stop the bleeding and promote the healing of the ulcer.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
