Brief Answer:
Either folliculitis or tinea, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be either folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles or tinea which is a fungal infection.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of rash?
Do you have pain on the lesions?
Have you applied any creams on it?
Do you have diabetes or any other ailments?
Is it present only on side of the groin?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Tinea, topical and oral anti fungals
Detailed Answer:
It seems to be tinea most likely.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical anti fungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet terbinafine ( tab sebifin ) 250 mg twice daily and apply luliconazole ( lulifin ) cream on the affected areas once for 2 weeks.
For itching you can take tablet levocetrine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
