Thanks.
My age is 41 yrs male. I am having cramps moderate to severe in upper abdomen. Which occurs for 15-20 mms after 3-4 hrs.
Detailed reports are attached as PDF.
Eagrly waiting for your reply. You may suggest more tests if you want. My worry is
1. Is there a possibility of Hepatitis? if yes, which tests should I ask
2. Is there a spoosibility of worm infection, though I am pure vegetarian
3. Is there a possibility of liver failure, though I have not consumed alcohol in my entire life.

Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
To answer your specific answers:
1. Is there a possibility of Hepatitis? if yes, which tests should I ask:
Consult your Doctor/ MD Medicine Physician or a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation which is also an important part of the management so that the lab findings can be correlated to get a proper diagnosis and ask you further tests like that for Hepatitis A, B, C and so on.
This is hepatitis as per the liver functions and ultrasonography report.
2. Is there a possibility of worm infection, though I am pure vegetarian
Not really possible at your age; but only a stool test can tell about this.
3. Is there a possibility of liver failure, though I have not consumed alcohol in my entire life.
Not possible with the present report as this is in very mild form.
Your Physician will also help to correlate other findings and advise you further.
It is better to undergo Endoscopy as you have cramps in the upper abdomen.
I hope this answers your queries. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
