I am a male and had one question if I were to shave my genitals and have a possible small cut from the razor that is not bleeding, then have intercourse would that cause me to contract something?

Yes definitely you may be at higher risk than normal individuals of contracting STD and HIV if sexual intercourse with a person having disease.
