Question : As per latest Health check up my liver shows Fatty Infiltration, it is due to excessive alcohal consumption ?
What is the remedy for this .

Yes Alcohol induced fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
ALD Alcoholic liver disease is common and usual in most regular health check up. If you are habituated to it , you should under go treatment for abstinence which includes CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).

No specific medical treatment is needed for patients with alcoholic fatty liver. Abstinence and adequate diet are the mainstays of therapy. No medicine therapy is indicated for patients with alcoholic fatty liver unless there is proven alcohol induced hepatitis.

If you abstain from alcohol the liver changes should reverse back in 2 weeks to 2 months time. Please be aware of withdrawal symptoms because of abstainence hence CBT helps.
