Does Alcohol Interact With Tylenol PM?

Question : I took two Tylenol pm while I did cocaine. Then continued to do cocaine and alcohol
. What are the affects. 500 mg of acetomphein times 2.

A little more Tylenol PM (1000mg) would cause you to sleep more. However, it is an okay dose for adults and there is no reason to get worried about this. You will not have any concerning side effects as a result of this. In future, endeavor to stick to the recommended dose by your physician.

With alcohol you would sleep even more. However, cocaine would make the sleepiness less evident. I will strongly discourage you from mixing multiple medications.

But there is no high risk of dying with this mix right? It's not a huge toxic mix like others?
