Brief Answer:
yes mild headache may be present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question.
Headache in aneurysm may be of very severe intensity if it ruptures or leaks. Associated with vomiting, photophobia, visual disturbances and sometimes focal neurological deficits.
Unruptured aneurysm may present with milder sentinel headache and features associated with location of aneurysm like visual blurring, diploma, ptosis or neurological deficit and seizure.
You have not mentioned the location and type of aneurysm.
I will advise you to consult a neurosurgeon for proper examination and evaluation and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
