UTI is in most cases self limiting and it will pass even without therapy but symptom may persist longer. you should drink more fluids,raspberry tea and take spasmodics. However,in pregnancy or if fever occur,antibiotics are obligated so ask your doctor about appropriate treatment. Wish you good health.Regards
