Question : As per my doctor's instructions i used ALTRIS-HD.Sad to say that even after two applications there is absolutely no change in the hair colour. I have followed all their instructions. They have said to wait for 24to48 hours. Does the hair get coloured even after washing it off with conditioner. What do you advise? I am unable to use any other product since I developed lichen planus and am now undergoing treatment for the same . I have used L'Oréal and garnier.

In presence of lichen planus application of chemicals including conditioners and hair colouring agents is likely to make the condition worse and I would advise against their use.
Altris is an ayurvedic product manufactured by pharma giant. I understand that you had followed the package instructions but we doctors are unable to provide the instructions about what the product promised you that you should obtain from hair stylizers (else we could have been hair stylizers too). Since it was natural your doc could have suggested as you have LP. However, as per my understanding, it might take sometime for the colour to change after you have applied the conditioner.
