Question : I had been on bed rest due to some anxiety symptoms for 2 weeks. does bed rest cause dizzy type of feeling? feeling kinda woozy like I'm on a boat at sea etc etc. thank you

The bed rest , laying down can be a reason for feeling dizzy . Also you may need to check your blood pressure because low blood pressure may make you feel dizzy.

I had vertigo 2 years ago, I fixed it by doing the epley maneuver.....but ever since then I had residual dizziness. How should I go about fixing the residual dizziness? thank you
