Don't work more than 40 hours per week. Don't shift obese patients
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Congratulations.
Whether the line is faint or dark as long it is seen it means that you are pregnant.
You working in the ambulance is fine. Your routine work of picking up patients and securing their wheel chair is also fine during pregnancy. When you are strapping the patients to wheel chair kneel down and do it. This is the right way of doing it. Doing reasonable work during pregnancy is good for you and your baby.
What are your working hours? Do you work more than 40 hours in a day?If so then you need to reduce your working hours as this may cause a small increase in your chance of miscarriage.
Are most your patients obese. If you are pushing on wheel chair routinely patients weighing more than 100 kg, then even this is not good ( Occasionally taking obese patients is okay) as this may cause a very slight increase in the possibility of miscarriage. So you need to keep this in mind.
Good luck
