Does Bent Penis Cause Any Problem? Do Not Want Penis Straightening Surgery. Can Use Penis Straightening Devices Like SizeGenetics?
Question: hello doctor ..i want to know do bend penis cause any problem in govt job medical..i mean it is a reason for rejection in medical? and i do not want to undergo penile straightening surgery..rather i would like to know whether i can use penis straightening devices like SIzegenetics..plzz reply

It looks like you are troubled because of a bend in your penis.
Let me reassure you that a normal penis will have a bend towards one side or the other. It is an organ connective smooth muscles, connective tissue and arteries and veins. The main function of penis is in the passage of urine and when erect, semen out of the body.
Under no circumstances is a bend in penis a problem in any job (govt or non govt) due to medical reasons.
You do not require any penile straightening surgeries for your current problem, rather please accept it as normal.

Conservative methods of penile extension, like penile extenders or traction devices are mainly used to lengthen the size of the penis. These have been scientifically proven in some studies and found to increase the length by 1.5 to 2.5 cm. When it comes to correction of curvatures, there was benefit noted in selected cases, hence I urge you to visit a cosmetic surgeon before buying or using the product to see if you will benefit from it or not. These devices are available in india in most cities. It is advisable you do it under medical supervision. The surgeon can guide you how to go about it.

I really found your answers very useful and upto my satisfaction.My follow up question is ..actually i forget to include that but..madam those having bent penis have it in both during erection and flaccid state?
My concern is that during flaccid also ,mine is bent to left side and there is hardness on the left which sometimes causes pain. if actually some medical help is required I would like you to refer a doctor specialist in this field..please inform ..

Curvature of the penis is seen as normal in most cases although most men try to search for answers to this question and need to be re assured that all is well. The curve may be better observed when erect than when flaccid. Many men also have thoughts running in their minds that they are suffering from a medical disease and this need to be discussed before coming to a conclusion. I am happy that you have highlighted this particular point in your query.
Many men are born with a curvature (congenital curvature) of the penis. This may be true if you had a curvature since childhood (if you remember such details) and during erections as an adolescent boy. Secondly, the question arises if your penis curvature is gradual and milder in degree, like a banana. If you did have the curvature during earlier days and if there is a gradual banana like curvature, then it is more likely to be normal.
On the other hand if the bend or distortion is recent onset, angular or abrupt, like a sudden bend in the road then it may be due to a medical condition known as Peyronie’s disease. This condition is characterized by an XXXXXXX scar or plaque, or hard lump that forms within the substance of the penis. It may also be accompanied by pain, be accompanied by some degree of lost penile length or girth but all features may not be present.
