Does Bleeding On Towel Spread HIV?

Question: I was picking up towels got a weird prick on my fingers apparently no bleeding I put perxiode spray on my infected hand I went back to go through the towels to make sure there is no hazardous items apparently not I did not.
Closely examined it but just skimmed through it plus the ground apparently nothing hiv test honestly
