Brief Answer:
Blood thinners usually don't cause such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I understand your concern but its important to mention here that 'Blood thinners' usually don't cause memory and speech/language issues. This is not suggestive of allergy.
However, if you can tell me the name of the blood thinner, I can offer a better opinion.

Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with further queries.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
