Question : My wife had cancer and is now a 5 year survivor. We have been trying to have a child but cant. We have both gone to the fertility clinic and I (male) was told that all my soldiers were good amd marching fine. however we still cant have a child what do you suggest we should try next

she did go through chemo and there was some damage. I did do a semen analysis and was told everything was good. My wife had breast cancer

In that case her ovarian function has to be done.esply AMH and antral follicular count.
Is she on any hormones now?
I think you need to discuss with your oncologist regarding her fertility issues before planning treatment.Some patients will be on hormones after cancer breast treatments.
