Brief Answer:
Confirmation needed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and reports.
Course echo structure means most likely cirrhosis. Fibroscan and MRI will be needed to confirm it. Course echo structure indicates fibrosis which is seen in cirrhosis only of liver. But Ultrasound is not 100 percent in getting correct diagnosis.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any follow up or further queries.
Thank you.
