Brief Answer:
Constipation may worsen pinched nerve at back.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Constipation doesn't cause pinched nerve at leg, but may worsen symptoms related to a pinched nerve by herniated disc disease for example at lumbar spine level.

Pinched nerve at lumbosacral spine, may be felt as leg pain too.

It is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist clinically and to have imaging studies (x-rays and MRI) of your lumbar spine done in order to achieve a correct diagnosis of your condition.

Treatment depends on examinations results.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
