Does Consumption Of Turmeric And Ginger Help In Curing LPR?

I have been diagnosed with a high level of pepsin entering my throat. (LPR) I have basically had a sore throat that feels like an infection for 10 months. I am on 30 mg. of Dexilant now and gaviscon advance 4 times a day. Someone suggested tumeric and ginger tormented to help with inflammation, and also oil of oregano pills to fight this virus or bacteria caused by LPR. Are these safe to take with LPR? Should I also be taking a probiotic? Or is there another way to permanently get rid of this sore throat? Thank you
