Thanks for the query.
Vesicare relaxes smooth muscle of bladder and hence retains urine in bladder.
This along with the use of bladde sling makes you prone to cystitis.
However you dont need to worry much.
Just maintain a good genital hygiene, as most of the infections are ascending in nature.
Try to notice the symptoms of cystitis and urethritis like lower abdominal pain, burning urination etc.
If you have these symptoms you can bring them to notice of your physician.
