Brief Answer:
possibly, urine analysis & abdominal ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

From what you are describing, it seems that your kidney might have been damaged due to trauma.

However, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

To my opinion, this is temporary and will.be settled in a few days.

I advise to increase fluids intake especially water.

Hope it was of help!
