Brief Answer:
Causes and management of muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Muscle could be due to electrolytes (magnesium, calcium) deficiency, dehydration, Peripheral vascular disease (where block in peripheral arteries reduce blood flow to legs), problems with bines and joints like osteoarthritis, osteoporosis etc, spinal problems, hormonal problems like hypothyroidism, certain medications like statins etc.
Diagnosis require physical and neurologic examination, blood tests to check level of electrolytes, thyroid function and blood sugar levels, Xray of bones and joints, spine, Doppler scanning to assess blood flow to legs.
Please be advised to take the pain medication as prescribed and follow-up with your treating physician for getting the necessary investigations done. You can also continue drinking plenty of fluids and electrolyte solutions like Gatorade.
