Question : So I’ve missed my period for this month and I’m taking birth control pills everyday the difference is I changed it up on the time from 10 to 7 in the morning. Before nothing felt good down there it stayed dry and very uncomfortable during sex. I took a pregnancy test and they came back negative.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting your query and kindly let me know your age details
If pregnancy test is negative then need not worry 2-3 hours difference in timing is not a concern, wait for 2 more weeks I'd still the pregnancy is negative then you can take a progesterone pill for 5 days for withdrawal bleeding which needs a prescription
If the irregular periods is persistent then you will need to get USG Abdomen and pelvis and thyroid profile investigation done
Take care
