Question : hi sir my menstruation date is 30th but its not came . we do the unsafe sex on 20th i have 2 child & i dont want any other so pls suggest can i use mala d

I understand your concerns.

You have missed your periods after unsafe intercourse.
I would first suggest you to go for urine pregnancy test.
Once confirmed, then you can proceed for medical termination of pregnancy using the drugs and under doctor's guidance.
MTP kit (contains mifepristone and misoprostol) is used for termination of pregnancy.

Mala-D is not used for termination of pregnancy.
Mala-D is an oral contraceptive pill which will be of no use for you at present.
It has to be started on day 5 of your periods when you want to use it as a contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy in future.
