Does Different Blood Group Of Couple Cause Complications During Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor ,
I recently got married and after marriage I came to know that my wife's blood group is B Negative and mine is O + , will there be any issue in having baby in future . will there be any major issue , do I have to consult doctor before planning for the baby or start some kind of medication
She is just normal its just only her blood group which is matter of worry for me and one more thing as her age is 29 years should we plan for the baby asap , or we time for another 1 or two year

There is no problem in conception due to negative blood group especially in first pregnancy but take care of getting her immunised immediately after delivery within 72 hours of birth.
