Brief Answer:
both digene and heavy period
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Theoretically excess intake of digene tablets can lead to decreased iron absorption in the stomach the place iron is absorbed maximum than other gut portions. Since digene can cause excess calcium and magnesium in the blood and thus stop iron absorption. So it is low iron anemia picture.
On the other hand blood loss due to menstruation can cause blood loss anemia.
If you get anemia profiling with serum ferritin levels you may understand it better. Serum MCV, MCH and MCHC should prompt other causes if any.
You can seek internal medicine care now. For now may need blood transfusion.
