Question : My wife is having irregular periods for which doctor prescribed duphaston for ten days. Now she is having light yellow discharge after taking hi my wife is taking duphaston and since last couple of day she is having light yellowish discharge. she is losing weight as well as she is fasting too.

Yellow discharge could be due to side effects of duphaston,so no need to worry about it and menstrual irregularities could be due to hormonal imbalance but weight loss could not be due to duphaston.
Get your hb,thyroid profile and pelvic ultrasound to rule out the cause.
