Question : Does dyhenhodroamine XXXXXXX which is in Benadryl and Unisom and Tylonel PM etc.. cause colon cancer or other types of cancers

There are no such reports yet. These brands were introduced several decades ago and yet no evidence about incidence of cancer, hence they are still continued as Over the counter medications.
