Question: Does eating sprouts help the body in reducing weight and increase stamina at gym ? if so I work out in the evening from 7 pm - 8.30 pm . when should I eat the sprouts for appropriate results??

Thank you for answering my question. I eat 3 egg whites and half yolk after gymming which is around 9pm. Is this okay or should I change ??

Let the grains sprout for 3 days and then have the sprouts, or else it will lead to gas formation
