Brief Answer:
prediabetes status with future risk of dm

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Her GTT is surely abnormal. HbA1c and FASTING SUGARS are in prediabetes range. Since GTT is abnormal, she has a high chance of developing diabetes in future. Even though GAD is more suggestive of type 1 diabetes, GAD antibodies are found to be positive in a small proportion of type 2 diabetes patients as well.
What is her height and weight?
You must try to maintain a healthy weight in her.
It is good to do a fasting C peptide as well.

Binu
