Brief Answer:
The easy way to get better.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. The emphysema will get worse, and worse if you continue smoking.
2. Let's get you better by giving you the following medications__
1. Terbutaline
2. Bromhexine.
Both of these come in a syrup. These will cleanse your lungs.
Initially you'll cough a little more for a few days, once your lungs clear
up there will be relief and rest.
3. Kindly take clonidine tablets 100mcg. 2 tablets one in the morning and one at night. Do not take more than 2 tablets as you will feel dizzy. This will stop your cigarette craving.
4. Clonidine is very cheap and does not require a prescription. People have quit heroin using clonidine. Think about it.
