Does Endometrial Thickness Of 0.8cms In Premenopause Require D And C?
Question: does endometrial thickness of 0.8cms. in premenopausal require dnc? is it dangerous or alarming? i had irregular periods starting just last month otherwise i never had any problems. my periods were very regular.

Can you please tell me the dates of your periods / spotting so that I can corelate what cycle day you had the D and C, and this thickness was observed ?
As such I do not think a D and C is required for 8 mm thickness, but let me know the cycle day on which it was done.
Also please let me know if you are overweight, if you smoke, have diabetes or a family or personal history of any kind of cancers.
It would also help if you could upload the ultrasound scan report, as other features might guide me to make a diagnosis.
