Yes you can use enema to relieve constipation which is caused as a side effect of drugs.Principle of enema is to irritate the rectal mucosa which causes defecation.However initially enema should be used after which you should try to shift on laxatives like polyethylene glycol or lactulose.However if they are not effective enema can be used as and when required.
