Question : I have to ETG test and I keep getting diluted test. I have kindney stones,calculus,kidney and a overactive bladder along with IBS. I HAVE NOT HAD DRINK OR PURPOSLY TRYED TO DO THIS. Could all my health issues cause this proplem?

Probably due to drinking a lot of water to prevent stones.

Hello and welcome,

I'm sorry you have been having this problem. If you have kidney stones I assume you drink a lot of water. And if you drink a lot of water, then your ETG test will be dilute.

I don't think your health problems in and of themselves are causing the ETG test problem. I wouldn't expect IBS to have an effect here. But the dilution by increased drinking (which is necessary given your history of stones)is likely doing this.
