Question : Can too much Aspirin cause a person to have small blisters that turn crusty and itch?

I understand your concern.
Yes this is possible if a person has allergy to it or takes large doses of it at one time which can cause even petechiae , blisters and bleeding.
How much aspirin that person has taken and if possible Attach photograph of the lesion.
