Does Excessive Masturbation Have An Effect On Sperm Count?
Question: Hello Doctor,
When I was 16 years old I developed a habit of like seeing any women on tv or in area and then going to bedroom and pressing penis with both my hands and imaging I am having sex with that lady and after 5-10 mins I go to toilet and white fluid comes from my penis and then urine comes.I am doing this daily from last 10 Years daily.I have following questions:
What problem.I am facing?
What are the problems caused to this in future and what are the solutions to this
Also when I was 16, my penis cap was opening whole but now after 10 years I tried penis cap is not opening.When I try,I get a pain.Is it caused due to this habit?
Am I looking my sperm count and would this affect my sex life and would I have problems in having kids in future as I am planning to get married in next 4-5 years.
Would my urine STOP if continue this habit?
Please advise me a good solution as I want to solve this issue and avoid any problems in future?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Getting excited and masterbating is usual in young age. There is nothing to worry. If you going excess into it then it should e controlled. You can involve in hobbies or talk to some one or involve in games or sports to distract from this.
Sperm count or sex life s not affected by this. But if your foreskin is not retracting backwards it can be due phimosis. Applying corticosteroids like betamethasone ointment locally and retracting foreskin back and forth a couple of times daily will be helpful for this. If there is no improvement after 2 months approach a general surgeon. In such case circumcision will be helpful.
