HI , I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH A SEXUAL PROBLEM LATELY WHICH IS I CANT MANTAIN MY ERECTION . I HAVE THE HABIT OF SMOKING AND DRINKING, LATELY I QUIT BOTH OF 'EM AND STARTED WORKING OUT AND EATING HEALTHY FOODS WHICH ARE RICH IN NUTRIENTS AND PROTEINS . ITS BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE I STARTED WORKING OUT AND QUIT SMOKING, BUT NO USE, I FEAR THIS MIGHT BE ''ED''. PLEASE SUGGEST ME A SOLUTION, AND WOULD L-ARGININE AND PYCNOGENOL CAPUSLES WORK IN MY CASE?

Havent tried any medications yet, but used to smoke cigarette while drinking greentea , i have seen online that there are adverse effects produced with combination of greentea with nicotine.

Sorry, forgot to mention , i have the habit of masturbating !! i have been continuously masterbating almost everyday since past 20 days while watching porn , please review my problems and hope u suggest the right problem to my solution , thank you

Brief Answer:
Erectile dysfunction usually multifactorial

Detailed Answer:
Good afternoon sir. Thank you for using this service for your question. I'm sorry you're experiencing this difficulty. It may help for you to know that in the vast majority of cases in men of your age and constitution (i.e. healthy) the cause of ED is not physically oriented but rather due to a variety of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, or stress. While drinking and smoking are considered less than optimal lifestyles to embrace for other health reasons they are not necessarily the direct cause of any problems with getting or maintaining an erection unless they are done to absolute excess (i.e. drinking excessive alcohol to inebriation). It sounds as if you are successful at completing climax to orgasm by masturbating and watching pornography. This would definitely suggest that your physical mechanism is intact and therefore, any problems confronted should be addressed from a psychological point of view. I understand another colleague has recommended L-arginine. I believe that in addition to that suggestion (and equally important) would be an assessment by a qualified sex therapist or psychologist who can determine what the cause of your psychological stressors might be leading to the problems you're having. I would not place very much emphasis at all on chemical reactions between green tea and nicotine as being related to your concerns. Again, the proof to that statement is the simple fact that in some situations you are able to self-stimulate successfully. Therefore, the most likely obstacle to success when having relations with your significant other reside in your psyche and not your brain, spinal cord, testicles, or penis.

I hope this addresses your initial concerns and that you'll keep me in mind for future questions regarding these or other neurological/medical issues.

Otherwise, I'd appreciate your rating this interaction with a HIGH STAR SCORE and look forward to a few words of feedback. In addition, I'd appreciate your CLOSING THIS QUERY if you're satisfied with my response.

Write to me any time at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi for additional comments, concerns, or to provide status updates if you'd like which I would love to receive from you to see just what has been discovered.

Many thanks for using this service to ask your questions. Be well.
