Question : Should Thyroid Hormones T3, T4 be checked Early Morning Fasting to get correct values?
Or can it be checked in the afternoon after eating?
(its for my sister and she has no thyroid diesease just general checkup)

Can she check thyroid levels early morning around 7.am fasting ?
(along with fasting blood sugar test?) (its most convenient time as she will be busy after that)

dear sir, i am sorry for the delayed response, probably she was planning a test today and could not get the answer.
yes she can test it early morning fasting. she must not take the tablet before the test.
