Brief Answer:
It is less likely to be gluten allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

It is less likely to be gluten allergy. You can get tissue transglutaminase antibody test done to rule out gluten allergy. Yes, avoiding gluten food is the treatment for gluten allergy.

I would advise you to take high fiber diet ( lot of vegetables and fruits) , take fiber supplements like Cremadiet Duo and drink enough fluids.
Check your blood glucose level and get stool occult blood test done.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
