Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So if you have a normal thyroid function prior starting niacin, you should not worried. Niacin will only decrease the level of your thyroid hormone without any symptoms. You will maintain a euthyroid state.
However, if you are a hypothyroid on thyroxine replacement, the requirement may go up.
You need to check your thyroid fynction regularly in the later case.
