I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.
You have got frozen elbow(stiff elbow). Your dog pulled your arm . It may have caused stretching of soft tissue and it may have caused some inflammation .If you have no pain or swelling , then no need to worry. If you having swelling then icing and rest to elbow will be useful.For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen.
