Question : I am taking Hydroxyurea for high plateletts. Can garlic supplement be taken also to help platelett count reduction.

No it will not reduce the platelets count.

You have essential thrombocythemia. Your platelets count is high.

You should take anagrelaide along with hydroxyurea.
It will help to reduce platelets count.

Garlic supplement are used to increase the platelets count. It will not reduce the platelets count.

Only complete blood count report is required. Just monitor your platelets count.
