Does Gonorrhea Cause Itching Under Surface Of The Penis?

Question : For about a month, I have had occasional itching on the underside of my penis and an occasional itching inside the head. It is not constant, and typically, the itching inside does not last very long, does not hurt, and seems to not occur if I am sure I am fully hydrated. I have tested positive in the past for Gonorrhea (about 6 months ago) and was treated. Could this be related? Should I see my PMD? Advice?
